Subscription Plans - 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscription purchases (Starter, Growth, and Business plans).
• If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.
• To request a refund, email support@ytbst.io with your order number and reason for refund.
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
• This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers. Renewals and re-subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.

Overage Packages (Additional Minutes)

• Overage packages are non-refundable once purchased, as they are immediately added to your account.
• Unused minutes from overage packages do not expire and will carry over to future months.

Subscription Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@ytbst.io.
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits (quota and features) until the end of your current billing period.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within the current billing period.
• If you cancel and later decide to resubscribe, the 7-day money-back guarantee will not apply to the new subscription.
